Computer Problems

If your computer freezes:

  • Restart your computer and log back in.

If there's no video or audio:

  • Wait a minute. Your computer can take up to a minute to begin playing.
  • Confirm again that your computer meets the system requirements at right and then call your Network Administrator. 500+ Kbps of dedicated bandwidth is required for your computer connection.
