Chrome:
On the Address Bar, you will see a lock icon or "Not secure" in front of the address : my.ali-cle.org
Click the lock icon or "Not secure" and select "Cookies"
Scroll in the list, if needed, and select ali-cle.org
Click "Remove" at the bottom of the page
Then Scroll in the list, if needed, and select my.ali-cle.org
Click "Remove"at the bottom of the page
Click "Done"
Click here to return to the login page
Firefox:

Select the "Privacy" tab
Click the "Manage WebsiteData..." button
In the search box that displays, enter ali-cle.org (note: Do Not enter my.ali-cle.org)
Select the result of ali-cle.org
Click "Remove"
Click "Done"
Close the Privacy Preferences window
